Molly Olson, a sophomore at Azusa Pacific, won the women's javelin throw title with a lifetime-best 165-10 (50.54m) in the second round at the NCAA Division 2 Championships in Pueblo, Colo. Olson improved on her previous-best performance by more than 10 feet with a pair of 50-meter throws, elevating from 10th place at last year's final to become the first female javelin throw winner for the Cougars since Allison Updike prevailed in 2015-16.
