2008 (freshman): Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons as a 2008 freshman ... Advanced to the finals of the GSAC 400-meter hurdles, finishing eighth with a 59.80 (clocked a 59.25 in the prelims) ... Also clocked a personal-best 16.07 in the GSAC 110 highs ... Toyed with the javelin and finished sixth at the GSAC meet with a throw of 149' 4".

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in both track & field and football (receiver) at Crescenta Valley High in La Crescenta, Calif. ... As a 2007 senior named all-area in track & field and was voted the Falcons' top sprinter and hurdler ...
